Mélia was diagnosed with Mixed Lineage Leukaemia (MLL), an acute condition that is difficult to treat, before her first birthday. We named our 2018 robot after her when she was 2, and she underwent multiple treatments but she very sadly passed away. We continue to think of her and support the Mélia’s Memory Foundation.
